Zak & Matt

Con't

Tass: Yes I was trying to make a light of a situation (Thanks to Gavin Braun) and felt compelled to do something about it [Laughs].
Matt:That was genius because I had tears in my eyes [Laughs].
Tass: Oh, me too! But I’m wondering if Damon has gotten a chance to listen to them yet because I hear he only has dial up. You know the look on his face would be priceless! [Laughs]

(Listen to Tass’ dance hit “Luezer Kruezer” & “Step back from the Brink”)

.Matt:Exactly, well, you know he’s actually very hard to get a hold of on the phone. He gave me his number once and I tried calling, only to get a message saying he exceeded his minutes.

Tass: Oh yeah. That’s because he only uses a phone card. He can’t afford a real one. It’s his way also of not being traced.

.Matt:You know I couldn’t understand why he didn’t have a normal cell phone like everybody else.

Tass: You know, what’s really weird, is that he only comes out at night. I’ve never seen him post e-mails during the day or even update his site because it’s always during the late hours which is kind of scary. We had talked to a private eye who said that he only left the house after dark. You can’t make this stuff up.

.Matt: It is kind of scary and you’re right I never get anything during the day. The fact that he’s gotten away with it for so long baffles me. I give him props for that.

Tass: You know, I didn’t know the history of Damon Kruezer until a fellow friend in the industry told me. He’s been doing this for about a decade and it’s never-ending.

.Matt:You’re right it is never ending and it’s like a case of hemorrhoids or herpes. Once you’ve think you haven’t had an outbreak it all comes through [Laughs].

Tass: And there’s no cure for it… [Laughs]

.Matt: I was reading something on his site about him getting screeners, but yet there’s no address -so where are people sending them?

“Given the settlement reach there’s no need for them to take up bandwidth they are no longer relevant”

.Matt:Ok let’s talk about this. I did a few interviews and he rearranged them so many times it looked like I did a million interviews with him and harped on the same thing over & over again. Like my relationship with Zak Spears & Jake Gianelli. How many times do people have to hear about this? The fact that we are all friends now kills him.

Tass: Don’t you hate it when people tell you to just ignore it and say, “Oh don’t pay any attention to him.”. I mean, it’s kind of hard not to.

.Matt:Hell yeah it’s frustrating because it’s not like you’re doing anything about it and if you have the power and the means to do something and aren’t? But I’m going to because enough is enough!

Tass: So what does Ethan think about all of this?

Matt:Well actually Damon had tried to contact him and tried to get him on his side. Ethan was like, “I don’t even know you and after all the things you have written about Matt why would I want to talk to you” He’s been [Damon] trying to pretend to be somebody else to try and get dirt on me.
Tass: Wow! So what about the things that were written about you back when you were dating Jake Gianelli? How did Damon get those e-mails?

Matt: Well we had a bad break up and he was also communicating with him. He [Jake] knew that Damon’s site got to me. So it was just his way of getting back at me. But the tables were turned when Damon had thrown up all this stuff about Jake and later Jake contacted me and was like “I’m really sorry” [Laughs].

Tass: Yeah, well I guess that’s a good way of getting back at your ex [Laughs] I mean if you’re in the industry and have a bad break up that is the site to go to!

.Matt:Yeah exactly but then easily it will come back and bite you in the ass!

Tass: Always. Unfortunately, some people have to learn the hard way. So everything is cool now with everyone?
.Matt:Oh yes everything is cool now.
Tass: I’ve noticed that Damon tends to recycle stories because it’s the only thing he has.
.Matt:Yes he use’s them over and over again, for instance, the one picture he took of me.
Tass: Oh yes the infamous photo that has his copyright all over it.

.Matt:Yeah I love the little box he put over his face that says “Identity protected for L.A business” [Laughs]
Tass: [Laughs] L.A Business? What business is he protecting? I’m just looking at his hand around you thinking, “how creepy”.
.Matt:Yeah I know
Tass: Going back to the dinner did he eat and pay for it? [Laughs]
.Matt:Oh yeah. Surprisingly, he did and it was at a nice restaurant. He must have saved up or something or turned in all his tin cans [Laughs].
Tass: When he offered to pay for your dinner, did he pay in cash or credit?
.Matt:I believe he paid with cash. I'm not 100% sure though.
Tass: [Laughs] Thank you Matt I had so much fun talking with you!
.Matt:Me too! I had a good time. Feel free to contact me anytime!
Tass: Oh, I will definitely, because I’m sure we will be hearing more about this!

.Matt: I can’t wait!
